Hadija holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the International University of Africa, Sudan, completed in 2012. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), having completed her certification through the Summit Institute of Professionals (2016–2020). She is a member of  institute of Certified Public Account of Kenya (ICPAK) Also she is trained in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage, and Pastel Accounting, in 2017.

Career.

Hadija Jaldesa Bubicha has extensive experience in finance, administration, and research coordination across various organizations. She has held roles such as Accountant at Safe Energy Limited and Smartshelves Supermarket Limited, where she managed invoicing, tax filings, financial reporting, and payment processing. At the National Transport and Safety Authority, she assisted in processing payments and statutory remittances. Additionally, she has experience in research coordination and data collection through roles with Research Guide Africa and Digital Divide Data. Her responsibilities have ranged from procurement and donor finance reporting to staff logistics and office management, demonstrating her strong organizational and analytical skills in both financial and administrative domains.
